Even if the alert is not active, it does not guarantee that there will be no lightning within the 5 km radius from the Tarobo observation site.

3. Observation Limitations: If it is determined that the Tarobo observation site is not under cumulonimbus clouds, there may still be clouds overhead or thunderstorm activity nearby. Therefore, always remain vigilant for visual signs of clouds or rain, and for lightning or thunder, and take necessary lightning safety actions.

4. Usage Warning: This alert is not suitable for use in decision-making related to disaster prevention, personal safety, or the protection of property.
